I work with people who feel like they’ve tried everything—and I help them finally get to the root of what’s actually keeping them stuck.
I am trained in several healing techniques, which I work with to help release traumas, karmic patterns, trapped emotions, and deeply ingrained negative beliefs. These issues may have been developed in childhood or from incidences throughout your life which leading to physical and emotional imbalances. As humans, we often take on the burdens of others, and over time, these accumulated traumas, no matter their size, become embedded in our mind, body, and spirit. By clearing these blockages, we open up space to welcome in prosperity, joy, and freedom, so we can live more peacefully in our lives..
I am a practitioner of a modality called Compassionate Self Healing. Using Compassionate Self-Healing, I guide clients through a structured process of healing authority, safety wounds, suppressed trauma, and identity patterns—so nothing is left unresolved. .
My work is individualised and sessions are conducted on a 1:1 basis as we methodically work through the emotions, patterns, beliefs and traumas that are causing discomfort in your life currently.I like to work in longer containers with individuals so that we can see real impactful transformations and results. The amount of sessions required depends on the person and how deep the issue is, how old it is, and the person’s processing journey. Sessions will be held weekly or fortnightly, depending on the specific needs of the client. I want to stress that nothing is a one and done process.
The magic pill does not exist. But this is about meeting you where you are at, knowing that this is deep work and will require wounds to open up and introspection to be had. The understanding with this work is that you are not coming to be healed, you are healing yourself. The more you give to this work, the more you will get from it.
Compassionate Self Healing
Compassionate Self-healing helps with any and all states of imbalance in the body. It is a process that my supervisor Amy O Day has formulated that allows you to get to the root of your illness, your disease, by tuning in and finding out exactly where your blocks are, what is causing them, and removing them by addressing different aspects of your health. It is completely targeted; all the guesswork is removed. I was in the first ever cohort of trained practitioners, this work is powerful and transformative.
